As we age should our nutritional considerations change at all. Should we be looking to think slightly differently?
Perhaps so, which is why I have decided to write a short blog on considerations we should look to implement as we age. Thinking about factors that could improve our quality of life to how we look and feel.

The huge questions is often….what exercise should we be doing to maximise fatloss? Other than the one that burns the most calories is probably the answer but is it sustainable? The focus should be shifted to what and how much of what we eat as this is the more controllable factor.
