Introductory Questionnaire

We understand how busy our clients are. However, by contacting us and completing the pre-screening questionnaire, you’ve taken the first step towards a new, healthier life. We use the information you provide to find fitness solutions that suit your life.

Movement Assesment

We then carry out a movement assessment to help us tailor your exercise programme to your specific needs.

Diet & Nutrition

We’ll examine your current eating habits and give you clear information on how your diet is impacting on your weight and shape. We’ll offer advice, while keeping our focus on our tweaks being realistic and manageable.

Lifestyle Change

Making time for exercise can be tough at the best of times. We’ll look at your day-to-day activity patterns to set realistic targets that fit with your lifestyle.

 

We’ll send you home with a simple but strategic 3 Step Action Plan to implement immediately, with guidance on Exercise, Diet and Lifestyle.


Which package should you choose? Well, that ultimately comes down to where you are on your fitness and weight loss journey and the level of support you feel you need at this moment in time.

However, we recommend you initially commit to three months of training to give your body a chance to respond to the changes you’re making and increase your chances of making them sustainable long-term.
